Hi my name is Minhee Choi.

Minhee is a Korean-American self-taught artist based in Los Angeles, CA.

Minhee has always been fascinated by figures and people's faces and expressions.  She enjoys using dynamic compositions and bold contrast in her art. Her focus is on the emotions within the subject-matter she is inspired by, which often come from her friends, family and her community, as well as films, music and other media. Minhee aims to show the various passing moments of joy, warmth, loneliness, emptiness, and hope that one might feel while going through life.
